Nordic Roaster Competition – Tim Wins

The Nordic Roaster Competition, a high class coffee roasting competition which is held in parallel to the Nordic Barista Cup, was recently held in Iceland.  A total of 10 teams entered from various Northern European countries and our coffee supplier Tim Wendelboe was awarded first place for a roast of Tekangu coffee from Kenya.  Second place was awarded to one of the largest specialty coffee roasters in Norway Solberg & Hansen.   I think you should be guaranteed a good brew if you step into most any coffee shop in Norway.
